Outlook messages not scrolling properly. The scroll bar jumps around when trying to scroll through your inbox.
1. Click the View tab at the top of the screen.
2. Select View Settings
3. Select the Group By... option
4. Uncheck the box that says, "Automatically group according to arrangement"
5. Click OK
This should fix the issue.
